Beer Can Chicken


Ingredients:

1 whole chicken

Weber Rotisserie Chicken Infusion Rub

Vegetable oil

1 can beer, half full


Method:

1.Preheat your braai to medium-high heat.

2.Brush the chicken with the vegetable oil and season generously with Weber Rotisserie Chicken Infusion Rub.

3.Place the chicken on top of the beer can and place it in the center of the braai.

4.Cover and cook the chicken for 1 to 1 ½ hours. Once cooked, cover loosely with foil and let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
